Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@oneclickaway.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item and include a photo of the damage.

All FLATEYE™ products are backed by the Panther Vision FLATEYE™ Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims are handled directly through Panther Vision. Please contact us and we'll help guide you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
